I have a couple more queries regarding the same medical report for my myocardial infarction patient in Valencia, Spain.

The patient was said to ..."acudir a P.U..." which looks to be like a hospital department, but which one ?

He was given Solinitrina e.v. (it's the abbreviation I'd like to know..)
in addition to "cloruro morfico" Is this a derivative of morphine or morphine hydrochloride ??

His "hemograma completo" included "P. totales" ( = total protein ??) This is mentioned in a string of blood tests (total cholesterol , triglycerides, HDL cholesterol, LDL etc..)

He underwent Doppler echocardiography the results of which showed severe concentric hypertrophy (septo i.v. (abbreviation ?) 1.75 cm, PPVI (abbreviation ?) 1.55 cm) sin dilatacion de VI (left ventricle ?) His "AI" (left atrium ?) was en limites altos de la normalidad..

Explanation:
"Solinitrina" sounds like a derivative of NTG (nitroglicerine) generically called in English "nitrates" and in Spanish "nitritos". They are used to relief cardiac chest pain. Some brand names are Isordil, Trinitron, and in the US, Nitro-Dur, Nitrostat, etc. "Cloruro mórfico" is, as you well say, morphine chloride, used to relief intense pain. "P totales" does sound like "Proteínas totales".
"VI"= ventricular izquierdo
"PPVI"= pared posterior ventricular izquierda
"AI"= aurícula izquierda

As for "PU", if it is a physical place, could it be "Policlínico Urgencias"?
