Colonia Medica

Spanish to English Medical Names (personal, company) Cash receipt for a Medical Centre in South America
This is the name of the private hospital in Central America, I have doubts, should I keep the name in Spanish or if I should translate it. However I don't think I should translate this, I need to hear your opinions. Thanks

This depends on the context and target of the translation. If, as the translator, you feel that it is ambiguous and can lead to confusion, then clarify. If it is unnecessary or simply pointless, then leave as is.

Colonia Medica

Proper names should not be translated, unless indispensable to the understanding of their functions or objectives (the case of ministries, UN system organizations, etc.). If it is clear from the text that it is a hospital or if you can simply add the word hospital, do not translate the name!

agree Cyril B. : I think it's actually a district of San Salvador, but it doesn't make much difference :)
