The source file is a work report by a manager talking about some work accidents that took place earlier that year in Mexico. Here's the sentence in question:

En cuanto a los accidentes refirió que en el 2017 hubo un registro de 8 asociados contra 5 en el 2018 y estando con saldo blanco en clientes.

I can't find anything on what "saldo blanco" could mean, and with the words "en clientes" it makes even less sense... any ideas?
