La Parte Otorgante promete tener por firme y válido y estar y pasar por cuanto en uso de este poder ejecute su mandatario. : the Grantors covenant to hold as = deem binding and valid as well as to stand and abide by (ratify) all such things as their Agent carries out in exercise of this Power of Attorney.

I hardly think the Donor of the Power is going to comply with acts the latter's agent performs.
