This comes from a clothing description which reads:
Pantalón tejano de corte recto con efecto lavado. Costura central en pierna estilo raya planchada. Bajo asimétrico cortado a sangre. Abrochado delantero con botones

Not sure what "cortado a sangre" refers to. Thanks!

In Charles' first link, all the pants are frayed at the bottom. Notice that the following links refer to "cropped bajo cortado a sangre". So this feature is in addition to their being cropped.

In other words, cut short of the ankle, extending to just below the calf. There may be another word for it, but this one seems pretty common.
