Ver respuesta Explanation: En el primer caso yo pondría "formalisation" como aquí por ejemplo : La formalisation contractuelle des clauses de pérennité de l'accord n'est pas toujours suffisante. https://books.google.fr/books?id=qLhB5Tipd7YC&pg=PT51&lpg=PT... En el segundo caso, personalmente escogería "établir" o "établissement" (se suele hablar de "établir un contrat") pero "formaliser" o "formalisation" también le va.
