Il me semble que \"bajo testamento otorgado\" est une formule qui appelle une formule équivalente brève dans laquelle il n’est pas nécessaire de préciser que l\'acte est passé par-devant notaire.
Mais bien sûr, cela dépend du contexte. Luis pourrait-il préciser ce qui suit ?

Que je sache en espagnol, outre les \"testamentos especiales\", il en existe trois dits \"testamentos comunes\" : ológrafo, abierto y cerrado.
D\'après mes sources, le \"testamento authentique\" (ou public ou par acte public) correspond au \"testamento abierto\".
Donc, il me semble que cela serait précisé : \"falleció bajo testamento ológrafo (olographe), abierto (authentique) o cerrado (mystique).
C\'est pourquoi je continue de penser que \"otorgado\" ici fait simplement référence au fait qu\'il a laissé un testament avant de mourir. Mais il manque toujours du contexte pour trancher. C\'est à Luis de voir.

: Il me semble quand même important de préciser qu'il s'agit d'un testament authentique (otorgado) et non pas olographe (c'est-à-dire rédigé par la main du futur défunt)
