En francés, "les tourillons" son de madera y sirven para el ensamblaje de muebles, tablas de madera para la fabricación de estanterías etc... mientras que "les chevilles" suelen ser de plástico o metal. Así que en este caso pienso que lo más adecuado es poner "tourillon".
