Discussion

Marta Riosalido (asker) Sep 26, 2019:
Adrian: the fact that I use English as a relay language because finding Swedish to Spanish translators is extremely hard has got nothing to do with the fact that I gladly accept translation proposals with English wordings. And since this is a Swedish to English forum, it is only logical that translators use English wordings. Thank you.
Adrian MM. Sep 26, 2019:
@ SafeTex The asker has been traditionally using English as a 'bridging' or relay language to translate into Spanish, so is unlikely to be using any English wording at all.

260 v 365 Hello
This article seems to discuss the same idea in English

http://www.aboutemployeebenefits.co.uk/how-many-working-days...

It does not have a special term for the 365 system which I'm now pretty sure is the Swedish calendar day system

So maybe just say "calendar day deduction (based on 365 days)" or something like that?

quota deduction by calendar day

(ESP) perhaps: descuento proporcional por días naturales (de baja)
Example sentence:

Employee went on annual leave fro 02.02.2008 to 29.02.2008 than absence days will be 21 and calendar days will become 28, In this quota used should be 28 but in 2001 it show that quota used is 21 days.

Descuento proporcional del día descanso semanal
