Swedish term

insats (condominium / real estate)

Swedish to English Law/Patents Real Estate
A contract for the transfer of ownership of a condominium, contains the sentence

"Säljaren garanterar [...] att det på tillträdesgaden inte föreligger skulder till bostadsrättsföreningen som avser insats, års-, upplåtelse-, överlåtelse- eller pantsättningsavgift"

How should "insats" be interpreted in this context?

Thanks

(PS - there is no hyphen after "insats" in the original, unlike all the items in the list after it. Leaving it out wasn't a typo on my part.)
Proposed translations (English)

Insatslägenhet This is the case of an "insatslägenhet", where "insats" refers to the contribution to (i.e. the apartment owners share of) the housing cooperative.
