There is also a possibility that your example is of an irregular nature, gramatically incorrect, but built on another pattern with the suffix \"-mässigt\", and just means \"efficient\".

This pattern with \"-mässigt\" is seen in \"amatörmässigt\", meaning \"amateurish\" and military jargon (impolite) - \"ludermässigt\" (meaning the same thing as amateurish, or \"poorly performed\", \"poor performance\".

(\"luder\" = derogatory word for prostitute).

Those are similarly vague and stylistically ugly expressions from English texts I have translated - just as ugly as \"effektivitetsmässigt\" in Swedish.

Lars Peter\'s suggestion below is an attempt at producing a translation which is superior to the source text, which is not a bad idea.

  -> The context is unclear, but I believe 'effective' is probably the better alternative, although native speakers seem to use the two interchangeably in many instances.

  -> Efficient / effective ? To me, "efficient" is not as positive as "effective", particularly when talking about results. But it's a fine balance. I marginally prefer "effectiveness" in this marketing context.
