Hi, I am not sure whether this word exists or not, but I was looking for something on the internet and I found it on a -I believe- Croatian forum.

Explanation:
I think you have an 'h' missing there. I have read the poem, and it clearly indicates that the first word should be 'hatheli', i.e. the palm of your hand. As the first two line read:

Keep your PALM stretched out in front of you
So that it may collect all your tears....

And so on and so forth.Hope that helps.
