Щателно почистване и покриване на оперативното поле.
Есмарх екссангвинация.
При направения артроскопски оглед се установи руптура на предна кръстна връзка, езиковидна лезия на медиалния мениск в задна 1/3, напречна лезия на латералния мениск в средна 1/3 и хондропатия по носещата повърхност на медиалния феморален кондил IIст. по Outerbridge.
Останалите вътреставни структури интактни.
Извърши се парциална резекция на нестабилните участъци от двата мениска и пластика на предна кръстна връзка чрез сухожилията на м. грацилис и м. семитендинозус, фиксирани проксимално чрез кортикална плака, дистално чрез интерферентен винт и допълнителна дистална подсигуряваща фиксация.
Чрез достъп в областта на латералния феморален кондил се достигна в дълбочина.
Чрез лента от трактус илиотибиалис се извърши екстраартикуларна стабилизация по метода на Lemaire, фиксирана чрез интерферентен винт.
Вътреставен дрен.
Послосн шев на тъканите в обратен ред.
Кожен шев.
Стерилна превръзка.
Антитромботичен чорап.
Ортеза.

Esmarch exsanguination.
The arthroscopy showed a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament, a flap tear lesion of the medial meniscus in the posterior 1/3, a transverse lesion of the lateral meniscus in the middle 1/3, and chondropathy on the weight-bearing surface of the medial femoral condyle II degree (according to Outerbridge classification).
The remaining intra-articular structures were intact.
A partial resection of the unstable sections of both menisci and a plastic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament were performed through the tendons of the gracilis and semitendinosus muscles, fixed proximally by a cortical plate, distally by an interference screw and additional distal securing fixation.
Through access in the region of the lateral femoral condyle was reached in depth.
Extra-articular stabilisation using the Lemaire technique through a strip of the tractus iliotibialis, fixed by an interference screw was performed.
Intra-articular drainage.
Layer-by-layer suture of the tissues in reverse order.
Skin suture.
Sterile dressing.
Antithrombotic stocking.
Orthesis.
