Dear Parent/Legal Guardian,
The Alex Dental Health Bus (ADHB) is offering a free dental sealant service at the school for those children with no dental insurance coverage. For children with coverage (such as ACHB-Alberta Child Health Benefit), your insurance will be billed directly, with no cost to you. For your child to receive this service, we must have your consent.
1. The Alex Dental Health Bus will be returning to your school on_________________(Date) to provide this service. The ADHB will be parked on the school property.
2. A dental hygienist from the ADHB will screen your child and provide sealants as needed.
3. Children will be escorted personally to and from the ADHB by an Alex Client Resource Specialist.
4. A note will be sent home to inform you of what services were provided, and any further recommendations, if needed.
Please note this service does not replace a check-up by your dentist.

• Children with an allergy to acrylic resin (acrylic resin) should not get dental sealants. Acrylic resin is used in the making of hard plastics.

• दीवाली की रात को ताम्बे के श्री यंत्र को निम्नलिखित मन्त्र द्वारा अधिक से अधिक जपकर सिद्ध कर लें I ॐ श्रीं ह्रीं श्री कमले कमलालये प्रसीद प्रसीद श्रीं ह्रीं श्रीं ॐ महालक्ष्म्य नमः I अब इसी मन्त्र की एक माला का पाठ धूप दीप सहित करने के बाद जल से यंत्र को स्नान करवाएं तथा उसी जल को किसी बर्तन में इकठ्ठा कर लें I अब इस जल का छिडकाव दूकान या जहाँ पर धन रखते हैं वहां कर दीजिये I इस उपाय से निरंतर धन बढ़ता चला जाएगा I

• Find out in which direction the water of your house flows. If it flows in any other direction other than the west, north then all your money will be utilized for wrong purposes. For this Remedy make the house water flow in west, north direction.
• By keeping your bathroom and kitchen clean every day continues to bring savings and prosperity.
