Party B according to this agreement provide party A with credit facility, in conformation to the prerequisite conditions of this agreement and related individual agreements, party A may apply revolving loans, swap or single usage of Renminbi Short term Loans, Foreign Currency Short term Loans, and Settlement Financing business (Referred to as “Individual credit business” from party B. Settlement financing business mentioned in this agreement refers to opening and establishing letter of credit, inward documentary bill transactions, delivery guarantee, packing loan, export documentary bill transactions, and for the category of forward letters of credit an acceptance to apply for credit and to issue standby letter of credit.
