Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties
with regard to the matters dealt with herein and no representations, terms, conditions or warranties, whether express or implied not contained in this Agreement shall be binding on the Parties.

Source text - English The following relates to your start date and compensation during your assignment:
1. Effective Date - You will be relocated as an International Assignee to the U.S, effective July 1, 2005, contingent upon your ability to secure the appropriate work permits and visas. Any fees incurred in relation to obtaining visas or work
permits will be fully reimbursed by the company.
2. Assignment Length - Your assignment is expected to last up to one year, with the possibility to extend subject to mutual agreement. An addendum to this letter will be drawn up to document such an agreement.
3. Compensation - Your annual base salary for the job assignment Director, Commercial Development will be XXX. Your saJary will be reviewed annually in accordance with the U.S, and France review cycle. You will also be eligible to participate in the U.S. Incentive Compensation Plan, with a targeted bonus of 20% of base salary.
4- Benefits - You will be eligible to participate in U.S. Benefits plans. Benefits plans in which you enroll may require an employee contribution. Such contributions will be withheld from your bi-weekly paycheck. A summary of the available plans is attached for your reference.

Source text - English A problem which arises is that the weld is unsightly and destroys the continuity of the originally applied paintwork, possibly requiring a localised touch-up of the paint. This is particularly problematical in situations where the body is painted different colours in different regions along its length, for instance where a central region of the body is to be one colour or carries screen-printed markings and end regions are to be another colour. The end result is invariably unsightly. In situations where one surface of the initial flat sheet is precoated with a rust inhibitor or other treatment, the further problem which arises is that the protection provided by the internal coat is discontinuous at the weld, leading to the possibility of localised internal corrosion in this region if a subsequent step to coat the weld line is not undertaken.
Translation - French Un problème entraîné par ce procédé tient au fait que la soudure n’a pas un bel aspect esthétique et qu’elle rompt la continuité de la couche de peinture préalablement appliquée, exigeant peut-être une retouche de la peinture. Cela présente un problème particulier dans des situations où le corps est peint en différentes couleurs dans des régions différentes sur sa longueur, par exemple dans le cas où une zone centrale du corps est dans une couleur ou porte des marquages imprimés par sérigraphie donnés, et que les zones extrémales sont dans une autre couleur. Le résultat obtenu manque toujours d’esthétique. Dans les situations où une surface de la tôle de départ est revêtue initialement avec un inhibiteur de corrosion ou autre traitement, un problème supplémentaire surgit du fait que la protection fournie par la couche interne est discontinue au niveau de la soudure, donnant lieu au risque d’une corrosion interne localisée dans cette région si on n’entreprend pas une étape subséquente de revêtement de la soudure.
