In order to speed up the implementation of the reconstruction of China's communications infrastructure, CITCC has signed the follow-up contract with OCPT about the project execution in the second phase. According to this contract, CITCC will help OCPT lay the national fiber optic lines between Kinshasa and Lubumbashi, and at the same time, connect Lubumbashi to Zambia’s international exports so that to connect these two countries by fiber optic lines of totally 3000km long.
