Principles of invitation: the principle ruling the partnership to develop literatures from Moscow
between Reed Expositions France and the Department of Media and Advertising of the City of
Moscow is technically developed as follows:
On one hand for the French part:

Reed Expositions France will steer all its promotion and most of its themes to the presence of
Moscow
On the other hand for the Department of Media and Advertising of the City of Moscow

The Department of Media and Advertising of the City of Moscow will rent an area of 192 sq.m
(one hundred and ninety two): this space is the “Moscow’s pavilion”;
The list of the invited authors is decided by the Department of Media and Advertising of the
City of Moscow and the “Institut français”
A – Pavilion
The Department of Media and Advertising of the City of Moscow will define the principle ideas for the
stand (based on the following concept : an original and modern café divided into three different spaces
– the bookshop, a meeting space, exhibition space -and a VIP zone). Reed is in charge of the choice
of the architect, the settings, the materials and the way to build abiding by all the rules to be respected
by the exhibitors.

The Stand is devoted to presenting the Moscow’s literature and culture and notably a
bookshop specialised in literatures.
The selling of books at the bookshop of the Pavilion will be done by a French Bookseller chosen by
Reed Expositions France. This bookseller is Gibert Joseph
The bookseller in charge with the bookshop of the Pavilion is financially responsible for the logistical
charges linked to this operation: logistical preparation before and after Salon du livre, order of books,
staff at the bookshops, setting of the books, selling.
The bookseller in charge with the bookshop of the Pavilion brings its cash registers (computers and
CB dedicated lines) and the books. Being a part of the general Pavilion design, the remaining
equipment (furniture, desks for the registers, tables…) is at the charge of Reed.
Price of the renting of the space
Regular price: per square meter € 181 excl VAT
Extra charge for corner sites: a semi island (2 corners)

For the venue of the authors [accommodation hotel (3 nights in a 4 stars hotel), transfers (cars and
buses, transfers from the airport to the hotel and in Paris during the “Salon du livre”) for each listed
author], the sum due to Reed Expositions France by the Department of Media and Advertising of the
City of Moscow is 24,700 € excluded VAT

Выполнение услуг, предоставленных < Reed Expositions> либо дополнительно или либо нет, руководствуется этим Договором и его Аппендиксами
Книхная лавка , лля которой условия установления и управление перечисляются в Аппендиксе, должна быть под руководством книготорговца, выбранного < Cалоном Книги> в соответсвии с Департаментом средств массовой информации и рекламы города Москвы.

ГЛАВА 2 – ГРАФИКА / ВИЗУАЛЬНЫИ ГРАФИК/ ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ ДАННЫЕ
2.1 Департамент средств массовой информации и рекламы города Москвы авторизирует использовать соглошения, свое имя, марку или лого на все виды средств массовой информации или документов, перечисленных в этом условием указанным в Договоре и согласны послать соответствующие графические элэменты в до 15-о года, включительно.
2.2 Департамент средств массовой информации и рекламы города Москвы shall provide будутдолжен передоставить не может проводитьcя, то в этом случае заявления о посещении аннулируются, затем < Reed Expositions France> оплачивает уже заказанные текущие расходы, и суммы ликвидных активов распределяются организаторам выставки, в пропорции к тому что они уже заплатили. Это предписание упоминается в правилах.
ГЛАВА 6 - РАСТОРЖЕНИЕ
Любая сторона может прерывать Договор в случае нарушения существенных обязаностей другой стороной.
Окончание вступит в cилу по истечении пятьнадцати дней после оповещения другой стороне об устранении нарушения, посланное заказным письмом с подтверждением получения, если положение не улучилось.
В течение срока извещения, отношения между сторонами должно продолжать оставаться добросовестными, откровенными и нормальными.
ГЛАВА 7 - ПРИМЕНИМЫЙ ЗАКОН
Будть то пренебрежительные либо добросевестные отношения к Договору необходимо оформить их в писменной форме и они должны быть письменно утверждены обееми cторонами.
Любые допустимые пределы или проявление гибкости в отношении к оговоркам в договоре и условиям, указанным выше, не смотря на их частоту и длительность, ни при каких обстоятельствах, какими бы то они ни были, не должны рассматриваться как видоизменение или отменена любых этих оговорок либо в качестве образования любых прав, какими бы они ни были. Та или инная сторона в любой момент может положить конец любым такого рода гибкостям или видам обслуживания.

В том случае что, любое условие этого Договора будет признано неосуществимым судом полномочных органов по любому поводу, при этом, остальная часть этого Договора должна продолжать оставаться в полной силе и действовать до максимально допустимой степени, разрешенной законом.

Introduction
i. Context
The application is the result of a 11 weeks internship at the University of Ottawa, Canada. I am in second year of a engineering master at the National School of Geomatics Science in France. I worked with Dr. Mike SAWADA. He is an Associate Professor in the Departement of Geography and directs the Laboratory for Applied Geomatics and GIS Science (LAGGISS) at the University of Ottawa. The application is made to turn a smartphone or a smart tablet in a instrument of measure.
The main task to be performed is to collect sensors value from the device and generate a JSON file to recording the measures. Because the user interface have to be minimal, I will concentrate on programming the recording of the variables using the sensors. Variables have to be recorded locally in JSON formats.
ii. Functionality expected
The goal is to create an application which recording all the values of all the sensors of a device working on Android system in a JSON file. The data can be collected automatically after setting timers or manually into tapping a button.
Important Notice
i. Setting details
Before using the application, the operator have to change the device setting. You have to turn on the Wi-Fi, the Google’s location service, the GPS Satellites. You can turn it ON from the Home screen, tap the Menu key and tap :
Settings > Location Services.
Make sure that all the option are checked. The application have been developped for the Android version 4.1.1 named Jelly Bean. All illustration in this document have been took from a screenshot of the Nexus 7 tablet.
To check the layout and the applicaiton, several test have been managed on the tablet Motorola Xoom.
ii. Optimizing the Battery.
When you start the application, all sensors are solicited. You can extend the battery if you kill the application after use. When you quit the application, the sensors are still solicited in the background.
You also can switch off the location services and the Wi-Fi or you can restart the device.
iii. Extract the data.
- For Windows :
Use the USB cable. You have to turn off the USB debbuging.
From the Home screen, tap the Menu key, tap :
Setting > Developer Options > USB debugging.
Don’t forget to turn the Developer options ON. There is a switch button in the right corner of the interface.
- For Mac :
You have to set the device like for Windows. Download Android File Transfert application for macintosh to recover the data. There is a link to download the Android File Transfert for mac : http://www.android.com/filetransfer/
The Application Walkabilly
i. Launch the Application
To launch the application you have to tap on the icon launcher named « Walkabilly » :

When you launch the application, you have the choice between 3 tab :

- And the camera tab.
When you start the app, you have to tap the button to create a New Session. At the start of the app, those folders are generated :

When you creating a New Session, a JSON file is created in the JSON folder :

iii. Using the Application
a) Manual Measure
The user have to create a session to defroze buttons. When you create a session, you can tap the Measure button to collect all data from all sensors of the device.
If the device is not equipped of all sensors, the value 0.0 is attributed to the appropriate variable.
b) Automatic Measure
To start a Timer session, you have to set two variables :
- The period,
- The ending time.
Tap the Ending Time button to choose the ending time :
Press the Run button to launch a timer.
c) Multi-tasks
In the menu, you have an option named Parallel Timer. You can use it to launch several timer.
The timer will be launch in the background. When the timer is ending, a toast message warned the user that the timer is finish.
iv. The JSON tab
The second tab is used to check the JSON file. When you Refresh the tab, you can check the last JSON File created.
v. The Camera
To take a picture in the last tab, the user can tap the button to launch an intent of the camera application. When you take a picture a preview is available.The name of the last picture is saved in the JSON file.
vi. Exit
Use the Exit option in the menu to quit the application. If you using the back button, the sensors are still solicited and your smartphone will used the battery and CPU of the device to get the sensors values.

Introduction
i. Context
This application is the result of an eleven week internship at the University of Ottawa, Canada. Important Notice
i. Setting details
Before using this application, the operator should change the device settings. The Wi-Fi, the Google’s location service and the GPS Satellites have to be turned ON. They can all be turn ON from the Home screen, by tapping the Menu key :
