Bio
I am a native speaker of both English and Italian, from a multilingual family, which does make me feel like I've been translating all my life.

Professionally speaking, I began working as a linguist in 2004 after graduating from the Italian University for Foreigners in Perugia.

Life takes strange turns and for the past two years I have been working daily on clinical trial protocol material for the pharma industry.

My previous professional experience was in arts & culture journalism and copywriting but I am quite eclectic, happy to work on insurance contracts, health&safety procedures... opera librettos, recipe books, tourist itineraries... art books, photoghaphy exhibit PR material... been there, done that, happy to do it again.

As a published author of fiction (short stories) myself, I most enjoy working in the literary field, and as a facilitator and trainer in social change and transition I love to help out with work in the environmental, social, educational field.
