This translator plagiarized my keywords from my profile that I created over a period of time and even includes references to languages she does not translate as well as other very specific words that are remnants from my other former business ventures, etc. Ironically, some of the ones she added are misspelled (including "Sanish") (although I do include some misspellings on purpose, so that may be the case here). She also added some terms at the end (apparently missing my attempt to convey "starts and ends with quality").

She even included my website in her keywords!!

Should I report her to ProZ or just let it go?

You can always open a support ticket and let Proz decide if they want to do anything.

You may or may not have copyright on a list of keywords, but just copying a list that even includes languages she doesn't translate doesn't seem reasonable behaviour. She could have used other translators' lists of keywords for inspiration and then created her own.

Only keywords Apr 29, 2015

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. So long as she only copy/pasted your keywords and nothing else (e.g. sample translations) just write her off as a worthless cheapskate. But invite her to come here and read this thread.

I also note that she describes herself as "expert" in French to English - but the English on her profile page is not only inexpert, it's really bad. For example, she can't even spell the names of the two UK banks for which she claims to have worked.

Something else Apr 29, 2015

Another question is if she isn't shooting herself in the foot by copying such a long list. You may be overdoing it in terms of search efficiency, as no search engine would know what to focus on. A shorter, more focused list might give better results.

She appears to be editing it as we speak Apr 29, 2015

but it does look as though she has copied quite a huge chunck from your keywords section. Frankly, I'm not sure how you should handle this. Could it be that she doesn't realize what she did was unethical/wrong/morally deficient?

I have had people copy text from... Apr 29, 2015

my profile and website before and they always deleted it when asked. I did send her a private message about this, but I received no reply.

It does pay to Google your text periodically. Someone even copied my list of references and advertising copy for their Proz profile.

You're probably right, but I wonder if Apr 29, 2015

including my website in her keywords would divert traffic to her page.

Possibly, but if someone googled for your website, your website would most likely be shown first. If someone already knows your website, they will most likely go directly to it instead of searching for it.

It may well harm her more than you to list an irrelevant website in her keywords.

Another thing that might happen is that she might be punished by Google in a way that when copying a profile keywords she is cheating on Google analytics tool and might end up having her profile punished; she is doing black hat which is illegal.

Shame!

I did try to contact her privately... Apr 29, 2015

a few weeks ago, but I received no response. Besides, it's blatantly obvious what happened. The only thing she could add would be "I'm sorry". I'm not really mad (I suppose that I could even consider it a form of flattery), but it does leave me perplexed as to why someone would do this without as least editing the list.

Keyword stuffing Apr 29, 2015

You may want to check out https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66358?hl=en .

It's not because Proz gives you a large keyword field that it's a good idea to fill it in.

You might well be doing yourself a favour if you were to prune your long list. That would leave her with a probably counterproductive list while you got yours improved.
