Hi,
I backup my .pst file with all my Outlook emails to a different PC on a regular basis. AFAIK, this doesn't copy the entries in Outlook Calendar. If it doesn't, can anyone tell me how I can back this up?
Thanks,
Joanne

Import and Export
Nov 30, 2003
Under the File menu you can select Import and Export, and save Calendar (and other Outlook files) in various forms. I save my Contacts list as an Excel file in this way. Outlook also has a help menu, and Microsoft has downloads including a tutorial with answers to these questions.

Yes export/import....

is I think the easiest way to achieve this that comes to mind. If you are in Outlook and click on File-> import/export then a wizard screen opens up, choose export a file (only one export option), then as type of file select to export an outlook .pst file. save it where ever you want, and then re-import it later if you need it.
