Fragment assembly and pretranslation

Hello collegues,

I'm trying to set the use of MemoQ features to speed up translation and pretranslation.
I know there are several features, but maybe I don't use them in the best way.

For instance for fragment assembly and term extract what are best settings? I've seen there are percentages to be used.
Then there is Muse, but it doesn't use TBs.

Any hints will be appreciated.
