Hi all,

I'd like to know what is the difference between "Subtitling, including timing of subtitles (using subtitling software)" and "Translation of subtitles from spotting list (using software)" and how much shall I charge for each of them? Could you also recommend a subtitling software which can create Pac, Ebu and 890 files?
