Changing the Direction of Text from Left to Right in Trados

In trados, when I translate an Arabic page consisting of two parts, it appears like the English one. For example number 2 appears on the right and number one appears on the left. How can I make number 1 appears on the right and number 2 on the left like the Arabic arrangement. How can I address this in Trados? or in word document?
