Hola a todos:
Quería preguntaros una duda que tengo desde hace tiempo sobre la fórmula de la certificación en España para las traducciones juradas. No tiene mucha importancia, pero ¿sabéis si es obligatorio poner el "Don/Doña" al principio?

Hola, en España la fórmula oficial de la "diligencia" de certificación (así se llama) es la siguiente:
D./Dña. [nombre y apelllidos], Traductor/a/Intérprete Jurada de [idioma], certifica que la que antecede es traducción fiel y completa al español de un documento redactado en [idioma].
En Madrid, a [día] de [mes] de 2014
Espero que te ayude. Sigue formulándose con D./Dña., pero no me parecería mal quitarlo, la verdad.

Supongo entonces que será obligatorio ponerlo, pero a veces me siento tentada de quitarlo porque no me gusta. Llamaré al MAEC a ver qué me dicen.

Si bien es cierto que la fórmula debe ser exactamente la indicada por el MAEC, yo nunca he puesto el “doña” y no ha pasado nada. Y han llevado muchas traducciones mías a legalizar al MAEC. Si yo no quiero darme ese tratamiento a mí misma, ¿por qué deberían obligarme? Lo de la fórmula obligatoria tiene que ver más con el contenido en sí.

La verdad es que eso es lo que yo me imaginaba pero quería asegurarme y escribí al MAEC preguntándolo. Fue hace una semana y todavía no me han contestado, así que he vuelto a insistir. Si recibo respuesta, lo comentaré aquí.
