Non so nulla di marketing (eccetto il fatto che non sanno scrivere:), ma credo che la preposizione serva altrimenti sembra che hai un supporto marketing che e' mirato piuttosto che il marketing mirato a cui serve il supporto.

Sono per usare termini diversi per tradurre "support" nei due casi.
Sarebbe letteralmente: supporto di marketing mirato e ingegneria a supporto tecnico. Credo si intenda:
un appoggio con attività di marketing indirizzate verso un obiettivo specifico e un'attività di ingegneria per fornire un aiuto di carattere tecnico.

I am starting to think -- that's scary --
that it could also be "supporto mirato" otherwise, why say "targeted marketing"? I mean, targeted marketing is not really a type of marketing.....but I agree everyday marketing blurb is getting worse...
so they might mean that they will/have put in place specialized supports for the verticals they cover....
but then, they should have said: "Vertical Market/Marketing Support"
