Les modifications des plans sous cutanés révèlent la formation de strates de structure hypoéchogène, véritables plans de glissement. I had cut and pasted several others but they did not show. I did see a few that had to do with ultrasound, which is definitely something relevant here--my last ref. does mention echogenicity that relates to ultrasound although the example is sketchy...
