Discussion

Fabrizio Perotti Coello Jun 28, 2005:
I found a translation of "tude de cas" as "case" when its regarded as a subject. See note under my first answer. Hope it helps!.
Non-ProZ.com Jun 27, 2005:
Karen-- I thought the same thing, but it is in the list of courses. This is why it is confusing

Mactrad-- yes
Graham macLachlan Jun 27, 2005:

If it\'s a course title, I would suggest \"Case Study Research Methods\". I took a Research Methods course and one of the modules was \"Case Studies\", i.e. how to conduct them. Perhaps here the entire course is about how to conduct case studies.

That sounds more like a part of a course rather than the description of a course itself - for example, case studies are common in business classes.

Well, I found a page in the ineternet which translates \"étude de cas\" into \"case\"... and it´s not the automatic translation that sometimes you get. It´s part of the website, and here it does treat \"étude de cas\" as a subject. I hope it helps. The page is www.mbacasecomp.com.
