Why doesn't it make sense? It may not be what you want, depending on the text/context, but an operational/efficiency measure makes a lot of sense to me.

Amy, depois de ter verificado v�rias "unidades de medidas" relacionadas � UTI m�vel, cheguei � conclus�o q representam a quantidade de qualquer item, por ex: n�mero de m�dicos, aparelhos, cicurgias, etc. S� � vejo rela��o com o resto da frase.

Depends on context, but it's the only thing that makes sense to me given the info here. I also think this would be patients "moved" not removed (if they're being shuttled from one hospital to another). removal if they are being moved permanently. Just a suggestion
