I am translating a list of document titles; these are documents that must be written during the design stage of a vehicle. One of the items on the list is: "Envois bornéo". I'm not familiar with the term "bornéo" and I can't find it in any of my dictionaries (and the only information I can find online is about the island of Borneo).

While it is not impossible that Borneo might enter into the scheme of things in car design, I think it unlikely until proof to the contrary is given, that it is a leading player in the international automotive (design, let alone manufacturing) industry. However, if this is a customized design for a particular person, it might be a bullet and bomb-proofed car for someone like the Sultan of Brunei, maybe, and design features may need an OK (??).
Otherwise it might be the anagram for an in-company communications system, maybe??
