It's something I'm writting in a letter to a friend that I do not know how to say.

Už mě nebaví pořád se zamilovávat, chodit na rande a tak podobně, nestojí to za to.

"I give up on" does not exactly mean "už mě nebaví", but using the real sense of the word wounds quite strange: "vzdávám se". Therefore I'd prefer "už mě nebaví". Concerning the "having crushes", "poblouznění" is in my view to poetic. I would use: "zabouchnout se" or "zamilovávat se" in this progressive aspect. And generally I would keep it in this friendly, free style.
