English to Italian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) distribution agreement

To this extent the Distributor undertakes during the Contract Period to open up to (num.) Stores spread evenly over the Territory in order to guarantee sales which are well distributed in each country of the Territory and further undertakes to open new Stores should the sales prospects in the Territory justify such action.
