The term joint realignment is quite common in the fields of orthopaedics, chiropractics, osteopathy.
As to the term "overall", I think it's a simple term people will understand. Especially in a publicity piece, it appeals to everyone's desire to feel better "overall", beyond the scope of a specific treatment.

I interpreted 'globale' as 'overall' in this context - overall as in throughout the body (just my take). Yes, globale agrees with harmonisation.
