French term
déchu
French to English
Law/Patents
Business/Commerce (general)
notes to a commercial contract
Any suggestions on the best (or most usual) way to translate this word in the following context?
I've mostly come across "déchu" referring to someone being "stripped" of some right or other, but here it's used in reference to a product or service, so I'm not too sure.
Thanks in advance.

This is the juridical term. Deprived is a possibility but not in a juridical term, which is the case here.
