Comment: "the supporting gloss: Autoritario, Adecuado, y Amable has the advantage of being closest to the original text. Which given that this will be used in an interpreted presentation to a mixed Spanish and English speaking audience allows the Spanish speakers to track well with the English speaking presenter."

I'd go with it were it not for the fact that the document will be maintained by non-Spanish speakers, so the closer I can track the original's structure, the less problems for them.
