German to English Marketing Tourism & Travel Hotel spa / heath & wellbeing
Mit einer kosmetischen Gesichtsbehandlung punkten Sie sicherlich im biologischen Alter.

From a website for a hotel dedicated to the over 50s.

Is this basically saying that a cosmetic facial treatment will make you look younger?

you score points / defy your biological age/ you beat your age

a typical way of avoiding anything to do with age and suggesting that a facial does wonders/ this is how I would understand this bit of advertising...

agree Bernhard Sulzer : maybe also: score points against the (biological) age factor: http://www.nzbms.co.nz/site/handlers/display.cfm/8,199,30,ht... well. give me a few years and we'll see! maybe also "score pts. in terms of biol. age"
