I need the most coomon word for the box used at the postoffice to send something. But it is not a box for letters, it's the box for packing things.

The national Danish postoffice "Post Danmark" use the term "pakke".
Example sentence:
Du kan hente og sende dine pakker i over 900 posthuse eller postbutikker - eller hos landpostbuddet.
Pakker, der er indleveret ved et posthus eller postbutik inden normal lukketid (dog senest kl. 17.30), er ude hos modtageren hverdagen (mandag-fredag) efter.

: I think they use 'æske' (to be bought from post office) in order to avoid confusion with 'pakke', which could be any package sent by people.
