Throughout the whole of 2007, XXX was undergoing change. The underlying reason for this was the state of its target market, itself in a state of flux. The European packaging market, once one of the most profitable, is now perhaps the toughest faced by any XXX business.
Ma première idée était de traduire par "en pleine ébullition" mais je crois bien que c'est l'inverse que l'auteur veut dire ici. Quel est le sens exact de cette phrase?
