German term (edited):
kritisch-solidarische
Selected
criticism and solidarity
I think you need to get away from the adjective, so something like "to provide immediate help, criticism and solidarity in the resolution of everday problems".

German term (edited):
kritisch-solidarische
constructive (thoughful) solidary advice
or even "well-considered" solidarity/solidary advice/help
help in a constructive/thoughful way and, at the same time, in solidarity
I'm thinking more of constructive solidary help/advice than criticism. "Kritisch" here as looking at possible problems from all angles (thoughtful) and trying to give constructive advice for self-help.

almost at the same time, but we were thinking along the same lines; I think "thoughtful" could fit as well and I added in solidary. But we'll see; it's very late here....:)

uniformly constructive criticism and support
I read this as the workers have to be uniform in what advice they offer

just thinking maybe, as this looks so clumsy, I should write the complete sentence,as I see it.
The goal of the mobile youth workers is to offer immediate (and uniform) constructive criticism and support.................

constructive criticism and and empathic stance
While solidarisch / Solidarität seems to be frequently used in German social science publications, the direct translation as solidary/ solidarity simply does not sound right in the context of youth work/ counselling. The corresponding buzz word (in the US) clearly is “empathy”.
Being "empathic" or showing empathy means exactly that: stating one's "solidarity"/ agreement with/understanding of the other person's sentiment, mood etc.
"An empathic way of being with another person has several facets. ..... if we are able to take an empathic stance, a powerful force for change and growth. ..."
