English term

based on the legislation of Ukraine

Non-PRO English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
I feel that "based on the legislation of Ukraine" in teh sentence below may be in the wrong place.

===
The Company independently, based on the legislation of Ukraine, determines forms, systems and rates for remuneration of labor, as well as other types of payments to its employees, on the basis of the Regulation on Remuneration of Labor, which is approved by the Director of the Company.
