Is this in verse form, some sort of poetry? Could lotada be crowded? Dita-blessed? Some surrounding text certainly would be helpful!

I have two possible choices. One is with the word alloted that has basically the same meaning as "lotada" in portuguese or

Said attendant (employee), with registry… is designated to this research center

Choose what is best for your translation. Personally I prefer the second.

you could use badge number, registration number it all depends on the whole phrase. See definition of registry: An official written record of names

the phrase is not complete. Therefore it makes no sense. One would need the whole sentance.
