English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Estoy traduciendo un acuerdo entre una empresa de salud y un bufete para asesoría corporativa y esta expresión aparece algunas veces:

"The Company agrees that the Firm may represent current or new clients in work directly **adverse to** the Company, provided such work is not substantially related to the Matter and the Firm does not use any of the Company's confidential information in representing such clients."

"The Company agrees that our representation of the Company will not create any conflicts of interest in the event that other clients of the Form are **adverse to** a subsidiary or affiliate of the Company (unless that subsidiary or affiliate also is represented by the Firm)."

"...we may represent clients with regard to intellectual property rights that may be **adverse to** those of the Company..."

He encontrado: "ser contrario a", "ser adverso a", "ser perjudicial para", "que se oponga a" pero ninguna me convence completamente. Muchas gracias
