It's mainly the last part of this sentence that is posing me probleems "en fonction de l’azimut"). I believe the bit that comes before would be "anistropic before stack tomography":

azimuthally anisotropic pre-stack tomography
When sound velocities in geologic strata are variable (anisotropic), stacking of the tomographies can be useless because correspondence between them can be poor, so pre-stack data are used. 'Anisotrope en fonction de l’azimut' means that the tomography is anisotropic with respect to the azimuth, or, more condensed, azimuthally anisotropic.
