To mount and dismount the headrest, the knob (B) needs to be loosened. With this knob you can also adjust the height. For loosening this knob there is no tool needed. To adjust the height, angle and depth of the headrest, you can loosen up the three bolts(C). For this you need an Alan key size 6mm and a wrench size 13. both are delivered in the toolkit. Loosen up these three bolts a bit so the LEVERS of the headrest can be moved, move the headrest in the required position. Now tighten the three bolts (C) again. Now the headrest is fixed in position.

Det är nog inga konstigheter. Tänk dig t.ex. ett bilsäte där nackstödet sitter på två metallrör. Lossa muttrarna för att ändra inställningsvinkeln på rören och skruva fast för att nackstödet ska bibehålla inställningen. Engelskan i likhet med tyskan har en tendens att vara lite överdrivet explicit för svenska behov. Rekommenderar därför ett torrt, svenskt "fästen" :)
