Mike, I'm just guessing here, because there are mistakes in the phrase, but it could be something like this. On the other hand, I could be way off. Let's see what others say.

I'm hurting her only over someone who isn't worth it

This is why we need context. I'm totally guessing here. What is the situation? I don't think you would say "I'm hurting myself for..." It doesn't make much sense...

Is he/she hurting over someone who isn't worth it? Or is this something like, "yes, I know I'm hurting her, but it's only over someone who isn't worthy of her..." or ... "I'm only hurting her because he isn't worthy of her.." Without the story, we'll all be guessing...

(but you would never say "I'm hurting myself" You could say "I'm hurting only myself" but that doesn't fit here...)
