Estoy traduciendo una página Web especializada en el envío de listas de correos personalizadas para ofrecer diferentes servicios.
Para "lista de correo" estoy usando "mailing list". El problema es que cuando estas palabras aparecen separadas, no estoy segura si es correcto el uso de "mailing" o es mejor usar "shipment" (el problema es que lo que se envía no es un producto sino de un correo electrónico). Pego una oración:
Listas indicadas con ! contienen más contactos que los envíos disponibles.
Mi traducción:
Lists marked with ! include more contacts than available mailings/shipments/??.
¿Cuál sería la mejor opción? (O si se usa otra palabra).

The problem is, there is *not* a good noun form of this verb for this context (don't use "a sending"!) This means you have to reformulate the sentence to make use of it in verb form.
In your example, you could write this as:
Listas indicadas con ! contienen más contactos que los envíos disponibles.
Lists marked ! contain more contacts than can be sent.
(the meaning of the original is a little unclear to me--does it mean that there is a limit to the size of mailing lists that can be generated?)

In that case, I'd suggest major surgery so that the sentence reads:
The number of contacts in the lists marked ! exceeds the number of e-mails that you can send.
