The Abbreviation: G1P0Ev0

French to English Medical Medical (general)
This is an abbreviation found in a medical prenatal report. I cannot find the equivalent in English anywhere. The relevant line reads as follows: "Antécédents Obstétrico-Gynécologiques: G1P0Ev0". The numbers following the abbreviations are in subscript.
Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks,
Carline

Merci Isabelle!
agree Suzanne Owen : Though I've never seen the abbreviation "Ev," the number of living children is often mentioned in this context, so I agree with this

G1P0Ev0

The abbreviation refers to Obstetric-Gynaecological Antecedents.
The abbreviation gets only Google hit and that too refers to this question only! I feel that it is an inhouse abbreviation of the hospital in question.

pregnanat for the first time with no previous

This seems to mean pregnant for the first time and has had no
previous deliveries:

Gestation 1 Para 0 -that means she's pregnant for the first time and has had no deliveries. Someone who has miscarried or had an abortion would be Gestation 2 Para 0 if they had not delivered a live child. Someone who has had a child before would be Gestation 2 Para 1 when they are pregnant for the second time.

Ev0: could stand for "Evo Labs"? ...

Peer comment(s):

disagree Charles Ferguson : I think the 0 (zero) is more likely to mean the number of miscarriages. In the UK the formula would be (G)ravida 1, (P)ara 0 "plus 0 (=zero) amd written as superscript.

Thank you, Doctor, for this important point. That may very well be right.
