説明；サービスレベル契約内のコンピュータデータの復元についての箇所です。「redundant」のよい訳が見つかりません。契約書に復元時間は「xx時間」と規定してあるのに、実際の時間が超過している場合は、「SLA (Service Level Agreement) is redundant」と言っているのですが・・・。
