| Hvala na pomoći. Mislila sam nešto u tom smislu, tako sam i prevela, ali nisam bila sigurna bi li to moglo tako biti, pošto stvarno ne znam postoji li to kao fraza u poslovnom jeziku. U svakom slučaju hvala. |

the right to final contact
Could this possibly mean that the person ordering has the right to final contact of some sort so that they can give feed back in regard to their satisfaction with the service offered. Or possibly, final contact before the order is completed?? I agree, it is very hard to understand what they are trying to say, here. :O/
