Good selling? I'm not sure that "good sales" or "good selling" sounds at all natural in English. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Thank you! Are you aware of the "jumping on the bandwagon" syndrome? It affects a lot of folks on here. LOL.

Happy selling!
I think this works ok, although more context would be nice. I also thought of "Sell well!", if you fancy a poetic solution!
Note from asker:
Thanks a lot; that's exactly what it means but for some reason that phrase just wouldn't come to me as silly as it sounds!! :) |

: Of course. Especially as 'bon ventes!' is an adaptation of the nautical expression 'bon vent!', just as 'happy selling' is a play on the common nautical exp. in English 'Happy sailing!'

: This is whoelsaler to retailer (see below) so doesn't fit and doesn't sound natural anyway

Happy selling!
Sounds awkward, just as Good Appetite! (Bon Appetit!) sounds odd in English because English speakers are more likely to say "Enjoy your lunch" if we say anything at all,

Sell away!
To the extent that "bon vent" applies to sailing ships, this could be a deformation of "sail away".

Really, there's no need to overthink this.

Wishing you a successful x!
This is always tricky. You could try "happy retailing" as an alternative to "selling". However, I think the most natural English phrasing would be "wishing you a successful season/year/week/month" though.
